HBSS (Without HEPES)

HBSS solution is used to preserve mammalian cells, in which a chemically balanced, salt-balanced solution provides an environment that physiologically and structurally preserves the cell in vitro. HBSS solution is used for a wide range of cell culture applications (such as washing cells before separation from surfaces, transferring cells or tissue samples, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents). This type of formulation is also required to wash the chelators from the culture medium before separating the cells. HBSS formulation of Idea Zist Company (without magnesium and calcium) is used for washing and removing chelators from cell culture and other items.
